The Home With a Heart

We've been taking care of people for a very long time. St. Anne’s Salvatorian Campus was founded 139 years ago and is the oldest Catholic elderly care facility in the Milwaukee Archdiocese. All are welcome here, regardless of faith, culture, or payment method.
Our continuum of care, which ensures a smooth transition as your loved one's needs change, provides a full spectrum of services:
  • Assisted living (residential care apartment complex)
  • Enhanced assisted living (community based residential facility with 24-hour assistance and nursing support)
  • Long-term skilled nursing
  • Short-term rehab

We offer the services and amenities that residents and their families have come to expect, but it is the loving and compassionate atmosphere fostered by our dedicated staff, administrators, and volunteers that St. Anne's is truly known for. Read more about us here.

Our Mission

St. Anne's mission is to provide residents with compassionate care in a respectful, homelike environment that honors individual dignity.
In keeping with the core values of the Sisters of the Divine Savior (Salvatorians) and the beliefs of the Catholic faith, we strive to improve quality of life, promote justice, collaborate with our partners in service, and be responsible stewards of our resources.
