St. Anne's Salvatorian Campus has a 137 year history of compassionate care for the elderly of greater Milwaukee. We welcome residents without regard to race, faith tradition, or payment source. Our location on Milwaukee's northwest side is convenient for families in the city and close to freeway access to outlying suburbs.

St. Anne's is small enough to feel like home, yet large enough to offer a full spectrum of services including assisted living options, short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing care. Our comprehensive rehabilitation program includes physical, occupational and speech therapy, and specialized memory care provides 24-hour supervision in a nurturing environment. Our continuum of care ensures a smooth transition as your loved one's needs change.
